The purpose of our intervention
After years of slow change in the market Asahi wanted to implement an innovative sales development programme in one of their Central European breweries in order to synchronise sales skills and reach a higher level of consciousness in sales management as well to increase the margin level and revenue.
What we did
220 sales representatives and 20 sales managers Gyroscope participated in a 3 module Gyroscope sales development programme spread over 4 months time with full diagnosis and continuous measurement/feedback and ongoing individual field coaching support in a highly competitive context.
As a result Asahi managed to increase the "sales skills" application level from 60% to 80% and achieved their targeted growth in margin within the first quarter, which were two of the target criteria in our success fee agreement. This type of collaboration is not only encouraging for all stakeholders, but can provide more tangible financial outcomes in the long run.
